Aconcagua Giant is a large, cubanelle type sweet pepper named for Mt. Aconcagua in Argentina.
The huge fruits are 7 to 11 inches long and 2 inches wide, tapering to a blunt, rounded end.
Medium thick flesh is sweet and mildly peppery at both the immature green and ripe yellow stages.
Aconcagua is very popular grilled when at its full ripe red stage, but can be eaten at any color stage.
Perfect for stir fry or stuffed. Delicious fresh, roasted or fried.
A real favorite here on the farm.
